We currently have 16 clubs and are continuing to grow. Come be a part of our fabulous Corporate team. We are looking for an experienced collector to join our BILLING/COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT at our Orangevale, CA corporate office.
Duties include:
? Confers with customers by telephone to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract with customer
? Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account
? Updates billing information
? Responsible for contacting members with account balances 30 days past due or more
? Analyzes account history and negotiates payment for past due amounts
? Negotiates collection settlements
Minimum qualifications: Candidate must have at least one year of collection experience and a strong customer service background. Resumes without collection experience will not be considered.
Position is a full-time, Monday - Friday, day shift.
