ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DIRECTOR – Sacramento

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, is currently seeking an experienced onsite ASST. COMMUNITY DIRECTOR for one of its beautiful 330-unit apartment communities located in Sacramento, CA.
The successful candidates will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, property value, and EXCELLENT customer service.
He/she will assist in the operations of a large 330-unit residential property located in Sacramento. Experience in property management is required.
Duties will include:
•Assistant management of the Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff
•Budgets
•Property marketing
•Vendor relations
•Motivatation, monitoring, and rewarding of employees
•Reports, variances, occupancy, etc.
•Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction
•Experience with AMSI or similar prop mgmt software experience
EXPERIENCE in residential Property Management is a MUST.
The right candidate will have 3+ years of property management experience, with a basic background of bookkeeping or accounting theory and procedures. Basic understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is desired.
