| Description: |
Manages day to day operations of the assigned restaurant. Insure a high quality of dining experience for all guests through continuous training of service staff and open communication with all support departments. Manage all administrative duties to include; scheduling of staff, performance reviews, attendance, coach and counseling. Develop and Train staff on Menu and all Sequence of Service Standards, TIPS Alcohol Awareness and Sanitation. Master the Micros Point of Sale system. Master Eatec Requisitioning system. Maintain accurate inventories of all equipment. Develop Forecasting budget. Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employees in the restaurant. Two years experience as a manager in an a la carte restaurant. Two years associates degree and high school diploma. Excellent guest service skills, strong interpersonal and time management skills. Experience in making large staff schedules and training utilizing Sequence of Service Standards. |
