: In collaboration with the Database Marketing Manager supports and coordinates the direct marketing efforts for Cache Creek Casino Resort; including executing the direct mail strategies for existing, new, and potential customers, the special events departments, and the host departments. Compiles and evaluates confidential customer play data to facilitate direct marketing campaigns and issue appropriate bonus offers, comps and cash rewards that are inline with property reinvestment guidelines. Administers and updates files by purging information and combining data from different key database sources. Works collaboratively with Casino Marketing, Slots, Table Games, Hotel, and Food & Beverage Departments in updating and informing them on direct marketing campaigns. One to two years related experience and/or training; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be proficient in all MS Office products, specifically Access and Excel. |
