Schools is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a 33 hour per week Member Service Representative I or II position at our Laguna Branch(8255 Laguna Blvd). This position provides responsive, accurate, and professional service to members visiting our branches. The primary responsibilities include handling various member account transactions, cross-selling products and services to our members and participating in Credit Union and Branch marketing promotions.
Excellent listening skills, math aptitude, and verbal communications skills are needed. Qualified candidates must be team oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment. Candidate must have previous cash handling experience.
Starting salary ranges from $11.65 - $16.11 per hour + a 5% branch factor. The schedule will be Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
