We are looking for a Territory Managers whose primary responsibility is consulting with local businesses to determine and implement their advertising campaigns. Additionally, the Territory Manager will be responsible for sales, customer service, ad creation, and all aspects of account management within a specific territory.
Requirements:
***2+ years Sales Experience; preferably in advertising***
Excellent Verbal, Written and Presentation Communication Skills a must
MUST BE independent self starter, energetic with a positive attitude, customer focused, able to handle lots of rejection, & be VERY persistent –
Must have a professional appearance and reliable transportation
This position will be a GRIND for the first 6-12 months until you build up your pipeline and client base – If you cannot handle it then this is not the right job for you. If you can work hard you will make money.
Age does not matter – If you have got the stuff, we will know!
Compensation & Benefits:
If you want a nice base salary, car allowance and expense account then this is not the right job for you
Pay is on performance only - large comissions and bonuses (1st Year Reps have exceeded $80,000 – top reps make over $200,000)
Sales are over 75% repeat so commissions will build fast if you are good
Rep should be making at least 45k yr 1 or its not a good fit. (1st Year Reps have exceeded $80,000)
Sales Clubs, Big Incentives, and Trips for top performers
An advance on future commissions may be paid for the first 3 months as long as reporting and activity requirements are met and applicant is qualified.
