SUMMARY
Hosts, develops, and maintains relationships with our best players.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and maintain relationships with our best players.
Evaluating play, identifying our best customers.
Issue comps, educating customers of Players Club benefits.
Hosting on-property and off-property events.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced guest service background and demonstrable problem-solving skills a must. Ability to work on a crowded casino floor with customers and co-workers. Flexibility regarding schedule required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Hosts must understand and appreciate how to work with a diverse, multi-cultural clientele and/or be bi-lingual in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, or Vietnamese. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Cache Creek Casino Tribal Gaming License.
