1st Class Truck Plaza operation
Purpose of the Position:
To oversee the truck wash, and assist the truck service center when needed, in order to achieve the Company’s Goals and Standards. This includes financial, personnel and equipment management as well as any other duties the needs of the business may require.
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work independently, to adjust to changing conditions and frequent demands, and to acquire new knowledge to perform additional or more difficult tasks. The candidate must have a desire to grow and learn about the trucking industry.
Responsibilities Include:
• Sales building and customer loyalty building
• Full P&L responsibilities of truck wash
• Develop team atmosphere with employees
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ordering, inventory, scheduling, staffing, equipment management
Requirements:
5+ years of management experience. College graduate or trade school in diesel trucking industry. Experience with creating budgets, pro-formas and managing financials.
