Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative -Translator (30 Openings) ENGLISH and one of the following languages: SPANISH, KOREAN
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Call center environment assisting callers with questions about a financially assisted healthcare program (Healthy Families). Position is in Rancho Cordova.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
CSRs take approximately 50 inbound calls a day in a call center environment assisting callers with questions about a financially assisted healthcare program. Tentative start date early October. Temp-to-hire position; after 90 days, eligible for hire.
Work schedule is as follows:
• M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm during four weeks of training
• M-F, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm after training
• Saturdays, 8:00am – 5:00pm;
• Sundays and one day off during the week
Testing/ Pre-employment paperwork includes: MS Excel, Word, Practice Typing, Typing, Basic Application Test, Schedule Acknowledgement, and Background Check.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be bi-lingual in one of the following languages:
? Spanish -- Korean -- Cantonese -- Farsi
• Must be familiar with computer applications and type 30 WPM or more
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation or access to light rail
WAGES & BENEFITS
Pay rate: $9.50 per hour to start; increases to $10.00 once offered direct hire placement. Benefits offered on first day of hire with Randstad.
