Leading Medical Insurance Company is looking for employees who are Bilingual in Spanish for a Call Center project starting at the end of November.
We are currently searching for individuals who are Bilingual in Spanish and English. Must be able to pass a Bilingual Assessment test - read, speak and write in Spanish.
A strong customer service background is required. All calls are inbound and must be resolved during the first call. You must be able to thrive in an environment where high standards of quality are key.
Shift:
Monday-Sunday
You will be assigned to a shift that may begin as early at 8AM, but you will not work past 11PM.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED or Higher Degree is required.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Call Center experience is a plus.
Type basic level - 30 Net Words Per Minute
Windows XP Basic Level
Call Center Environment and Listening tests
Bilingual Spanish Assessment Testing
Screening Process:
Pre-employment Background Screen that consists of a 7 year Criminal History Check, Employment Verification for the past 5 years, Social Security Number Trace, and an Education Verification and Pre-employment Drug Test.
