JOB DESCRIPTION
Deliver an outstanding client experience by creating a warm and welcoming first and lasting impression that exceeds the unique needs and preferences of each client. Promote teamwork and collaboration. Positions are seasonal and will be located at H&R Block offices in the Greater Sacramento area.
DUTIES
• Greet clients in a personalized, warm, friendly, and inviting manner (on phone and in office).
• Match clients to a tax professional best able to fulfill the client’s needs.
• Schedule and manage client wait time expectations.
• Assure client focus, confidentiality and privacy throughout service period.
• Identify and communicate products or services to unique client needs.
• Handle client exits by verifying current and future needs have been met.
• Partner with team to maintain office cleanliness, organization and materials.
REQUIREMENTS - All candidates must have the following:
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year experience in a customer service position
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings
• Must pass background check
• Must have excellent customer service personality
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required
WAGES
$9.00 per hour
