Account Services / Retention Specialist – Now Hiring!
This position is a challenging, high-caliber customer contact position where you can utilize all of your great communication, technical and multi-tasking skills. Successful specialists must be able to recognize and embrace the opportunity of speaking and resolving issues for 25-30 customers per day. This position requires “World Class" sales, customer service, problem solving and technical abilities!

In order to retain our customers, our Specialists will be required to educate and offer products and services that would most benefit the customer. As a result, strong negotiation skills are necessary for this position.
Shift Information:
The Retention Specialist position is full time. New hires generally work the latest shift with split days off. However, work hours are based upon business needs so Specialists must be available to work any shift during the hours of operation (Mon - Sun from early morning to late in the evening) including nights, weekends, overtime and holidays. Shift bids are based on seniority.
Training Hours (subject to change):
Weeks 1-5: M-F, 10am - 7pm
Week 6-12: split days off, 12pm - 9pm

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of sales & customer service experience
• Have prior complex negotiating experience
• Ability to learn technically challenging information quickly
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate and toggle multiple screens in a Windows environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
• College Degree preferred, but not required
• Previous supervisory experience a plus, as these are escalated calls
• Good overall knowledge of wireless devices and networking concepts is strongly preferred
