States Recovery Systems, Inc. is a locally owned and operated accounts receivable organization with Client relationships that are growing and causing us to recruit 5-10 quality employees. States Recovery Systems, Inc. has Clients across the United States ranging from Banks and Credit Unions to Auto Finance, Medical and School Tuitions.
States Recovery Systems, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill a 40 hr/wk position at our Rancho Cordova, CA collection center. The primary responsibilities include skip tracing, updating account information, negotiating payment arrangements and collecting delinquent accounts.
Candidate must have excellent listening skills, math aptitude, and verbal communication skills are needed. Previous collection, banking or call center experience is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
There are currently two schedules available as follows:
Monday and Tuesday 11am-8pm; Wednesday and Thursday 8am-5pm; and Friday 8am-5pm alternating Saturdays 8am-12noon.
