Alternative Baking Company (ABC) was incorporated in 1995 to increase the availability of gourmet quality, vegan food products. Our great tasting cookies are famous and sold all across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. “Vegan” means they contain no animal ingredients whatsoever – that means no meat of course, but also no dairy or eggs. It is the mission of ABC to encourage people to make more vegan and/or healthy choices by educating them and by increasing the availability of great vegan options in stores across the country.
Our Customer Service department is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to help meet our ever-advancing goals. ABC has been growing, and the future is bright. Our goal is to find people that want to expand their customer service and sales knowledge. The daily job duties break down into two categories, Sales and Customer Service. The customer service portion services all of our existing customers to ensure they have the freshest product, the best display, and their sales remain strong and steady. This portion is approximately 70% of the required job duties. The sales portion involves sending samples and acquiring new customers, which is the remaining 30% of the required job duties.
