Summary:
Hiring two experienced Telemarketers/Lead Generation Reps. Applicants must be professional and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt.
Responsibilities:
• Lead prospecting to identify potential customers.
• Outbound calling on a predictive dialer.
• Build rapport, take a mini application then transfer call to sales agent.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Positive attitude, good phone voice, customer service abilities, and a commitment to team work.
• 2-3 years of recent successful phone sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to engage in ETHICAL conversational selling versus script-based telemarketing pitches.
Hours:
M-TH 8-10 hours a day
