JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is an inbound and outbound call center that will require sitting during work schedule. Candidates must have prior experience in large volume call center environment. Computer skills such as email, online internet, MS Word and Excel. Additional Software programs are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
? Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
? Provide customers with product and service information.
? Up sell products and services.
? Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
? Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
? Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
? Complete call logs and reports.
? Research billing issues.
? Research misapplied payments.
? Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
? Recommend process improvements.
? Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
? All candidates must be 18 years of age or older & authorized to work in the U.S.
? At least two years work history in a call center environment.
? Must pass criminal background check and drug test
? Ability to sit, walk, bend & standing during scheduled shift
? Excellent written/verbal communications, interpersonal skills and detail oriented
WAGES & BENEFITS
This position is a temporary to hire position; benefit will be discussed at the appropriate time. $12.50 per hour is the starting wage.
