_*POSITION SUMMARY*_In collaboration with nursing leadership, coordinates daily staffing and scheduling for nursing units and maintainsthe patient acuity database (WinPFS or equivalent) for comparison of the workload, staffing, and productivitystatistics.*Principal Accountabilities*Community – Promotes a positive relationship between Sutter Health, other agencies, and the community.Finance – Utilizes staffing resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner. When directed, contacts agency tosecure needed staff and reviews invoices for accuracy.Growth – Supports nursing units in the delivery of care through planning adequate staffing resources which areutilized to meet units’ needs.People – Supports the health care team in a professional manner according to facility Standards promoting apositive work environment.
